End User License Agreement (EULA) - Muvely

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Patrick Greene ("Developer," "We," or "Us") regarding your use of Muvely browser extension and exercise analysis software ("Extension and Software").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Extension and Software for personal purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not allow others to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension and Software.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Extension and Software.
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Extension and Software to third parties.
  • Use the Extension and Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Extension and Software are owned by Patrick Greene and are protected by copyright laws. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks or intellectual property owned by the Developer.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Extension and Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle your data. By using the Extension and Software, you consent to the data practices described in our policy.

6. Updates

The Developer may, from time to time, develop patches, bug fixes, or updates to improve the Extension and Software. These updates may be automatically installed without notice.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must remove the Extension and Software from your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patrick Greene shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension and Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

9. Disclaimer

The Extension and Software are provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension and Software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
